Virtual Therapy
The virtual space makes therapy more flexible and accessible than ever. I usually use Google Meet, but I can also use Zoom if preferred.
Virtual Therapy may be suitable for you if:

You want to try therapy but don't have the time or ability to travel somewhere.

You have somewhere private you can set up where you won't be overheard, disturbed or distracted.

You have a place you can sit comfortably for the full 50 minutes.

You have a webcam, microphone, and suitable internet connection.
